Yuzu was installed by emudeck (which should be the appimage version). Yuzu has been configured correctly and games run great when in desktop mode, but running any of the games in gaming mode will just reboot my device. I was able to solve the problem by selecting or double clicking "recent folders" from the side bar. The recent folders showed up there, because I clicked on a game file in that folder to start it before. Someone else had this problem too, so I hope this helps.
