I have new Iphone SE. Everything is working fine except for the ringer when I get a text. When I try to turn sound up it shows the bell with / across it. I can't seem to turn the mute off, so it will ping when I get a message. I also have a 12 Iphone and the settings are the same and it pings when a message arrives.
