Burston prime is my favourite and most used weapon by quite a significant margin. It's effectiveness does fall off a bit if you want sheer damage, but i mod mine for status. Some of us do like our burst rifles. I also like procs. So as much as i also like tiberon, burston still wins for me. Wouldn't mind if it got some love though :P

I would have to agree with S0V3REiGN, if you have gotten a bunch of good prime drops from running those keys, you should be able to trade one of those on the trade channel directly, or trade those parts for platinum to get the receiver from another player. Looking at the warframe market site, you should be able to get that part for 6-10P.
