Yeah you're as good as toast with the phone now. Z Fold 3 won't survive without a screen protector on it. Might as well throw it away now and get a new phone. I took mine off. I had the same issue as you with bubbles and pre mature peeling. Haven't had any issues with scratches or anything like that with just bare screen.
