I am using about a 2/3 quart of oil over a period of about 3000 miles. I run Mobil 1 VT 20/50. I do not wind out the engine do not ride real hard, no stop and go type stuff.09 SG 103 stage 4 kit( older kit with bigger valves and SE260 cam) now swapped cam for SE263E used SE semi syn- high oil temps and smelled bad like hot was not sold on that ... The lack of info may be used to keep their customers using their oils instead of other oil companies.
