Optical Camo is straight trash. First of all, here's a disclaimer: I haven't unlocked all the optical camo skills yet so can't give a 100% Optical Camo skill opinion. That said, whoever designed the current optical camo ability is nuts. I get it shouldn't be OP and needs the recharge time/battery drain style mechanics.
