Stock Predator engines (all of them) top out at ~3600 RPMs. Removing the governor on a 212 will allow it to rev till it hits valve float which is ~5500 RPMs. That is a huge difference! It is the single best upgrade you can do to a go kart. If you update the carb and exhaust you will be able to hit your max RPM faster.
