In my opinion, if you are going to do LECOM, do DSP. The LDP pathway has an intense time commitment. If you perform poorly in DSP or PBL, they will pull you down to the LDP group. Comparing ATSU and Lecom, it might then come down to how much weight personally you give the match list, being able to start clinicals a year sooner, and the city you want to live in.
