The M9A1 does not. It is a standard 92FS slide on top of the M9A1 frame. Tooltech does the factory installs for night sights on Beretta. They will do it for you too. I think it's $170, but they replace the rear sight and drill the front one. I have a Beretta I bought last year with factory nightsights.
