Because there's no fusable Persona that naturally has Undying Fury and is Yoshitsune material. You first need to Fuse Zaou-Gongen with Angel to get a Yatagarasu with Undying Fury. Zaou-Gongen's trait is the one you're looking for. Use the fusion calc for the easiest way to get it onto Yoshi.

Life Aid is quite better than Regenerate 3 (you can create the skill card if you itemize Lakshmi) since it gives you 8% HP and SP at the end of. the battle.
