A number of spectators enjoy the confusion and party in the parking lot. I've had season tickets to the events for three years now.

Unfortunately, PNC Music Pavilion has a antiquated smoking policy that allows people to smoke throughout the venue, with the exception of the seats under the pavilion. My recent attendance at the Outlaw Music Festival was disgusting.
