I narrowed it down earlier in the week that I wasn't getting any spark so I ordered a new coil. That came today and I put it on and still having same issue. I know it's harder to get to on the 570, but with my machine it's less than 5 minutes to get it up and running if it's the plug.

New plug gapped to .0325. Because the engine doesn't run the battery isn't recharged as I try to start it. I externally charge the battery to between 12.6 & 13.0. I just ordered a new solenoid as it didn't ohm out 2.5 + or - 20%. Once that is installed (and works!!!!) I'll look at the no spark issue. Thanks for replying.

You need to pull the injectors and see if they are pulsing when you crank it over. If they are then you have ruled out everything except compression. Like.Carb non EFI. Polaris service manual is really no big help. 1) Test plug against the body of the engine and no spark. Replaced plug no change. 2) Unplugged the black wire from CDI box, No change. 3) Check the ohms on everything I could and everything checked with in the spec. Except CDI because no real test fo it.
