You have to remember that with a full semester, it will be a lot less work per class per week of course. So as long as the classes are still online, you still keep the same flexibility. UTSA is your answer, no doubt. Texas State (as an institution) prioritizes sports and extra-curricular activities too highly, whereas UTSA seems focused on Tier 1 research institution status.
