But rather than just exit to baggage claim, I went to the “Enrollment on Arrival” desk (located close to the where the inbound passengers are proceeded), where I found no wait to speak to an agent. To qualify for a walk-in Global Entry interview, you must first apply for Global Entry and receive conditional approval. Then you’ll be able to schedule an interview. The application is quite extensive, so be prepared to spend ~30 minutes completing it. But it’s time well spent — and you’re saving a lot of time in the long run.

It's a joke trying to get an appointment. Most offices are now closed. What a waste of 100$ trying to get my 13 y/o son the global entry. Only way is to fly to an airport which has an office with online appt booking. Incoming international flights with an interview is chancing it if if you a short layover with a connecting flight.
