It's alot easier to go into dueling for most gish builds like Bladelock or EK. Definitely not true for bladelock. Hex applies to all attacks. Dual wielding adds an extra attack so it's a pretty significant increase. You are entitled to your opinion, but most of the time dual-weilding or two handed weapons, on average, deal more damage. How I understood it Mobile Flourish allows you to attack twice with your Action, so thats already 4 Attacks. I think it's a great for avoiding the triple attack with locks that most people consider a bug, or avoiding multi class altogether. With how Bg3 is, and with you wanting only a dip and not full-blown multiclass the only options I see are Fighter1/Warlock11, Cleric1/Warlock11, Pala2/Warlock10. I'd pick The fighter option out of these. Warlock 12 being my preferred option over all the dip options.
