The same seems to be true of bed and breakfasts. If you are in Copenhagen, look into buying a Copenhagen card (24, 48 hr etc.) They are available @ 7 eleven's. Tivoli entrance fee is included as well as tons of other museums & castles around the city. If you are on a budget, I'd advise eating before you come or bringing your own food & drinks inside.
