My granddaughter has 2015 Kia Sorento and the engine blew. Before it blew, had it scanned and code showed VVT solenoid. Mechanic said there was metal shavings from the solenoid. Got engine replaced. Then code came up again for same thing some months later. Got the solenoids replaced. Now, scanner code showing VVT solenoid again.
