You get elite contacts at 86, and that's where the dunk meter starts to shine imo. Lower than that and the green window seems much smaller and hard to time. Then you also have to compensate for online lag if you're doing it in rec. EDIT: Got small and elite mixed up.Release is slowest. So set point is slightly fast and push is slightly slow. Push works best for MOST people. Check what setting yours is on. Also mid range shots feel way better than 3s. Close shots are bad. Dunk meter works great at an angle and not straight at somebody.
