SE cam would be the 204 for solid performance, sounds easy to tune even still be under warranty. Power wise they are very good. Andrews 48,54,57 all bolt in for you engine. Most cams will put you into the 90-100 hp range call it 95 and tq 105-112 ... Do NOT extend them. [7] While holding the front exhaust pushrod against the lifter, roll the engine until the front exhaust pushrod is as high as it will go. This will insure that the front exhaust is full open on the camshaft and the rear is fully closed. [8] Adjust the rear exhaust pushrod and wait 15 minutes.

I swear by Feulings cam, I run a 525 Reaper in my 2011 96 inch motor but for a 103 the 543 Reaper is a solid performer, but if you want under 4k many people I know have gotten excellent low end with the 525 in a 103, my go to cam, good luck on your choice. But with good pipes, tune and comp releases it will run great. 10:1 cr is moderate...190 psi ccc.

The TW5G is a great performer and if you are looking for a little more low end, throw in a +2 or +4 cam advance key and hold on. It smokes the 585 for low end pull.
