Depends on what you want. Oath of the Ancients has one of the best healing spells in the game, AOE heal on bonus action and short rest cooldown and Aura of Warding is ridiculously good as it can halve spell damage. Oath of Devotion gets a huge boost to attack early game. Oath of Vengeance is big when you really, really need to kill one thing fast.
