Basically just run Nemesis and dont install FNIS. I switched from FNIS to Nemesis mid save and already had ALLGUD. I added combat gameplay overhaul and a few other Nemesis only animation mods and had no problems at all. The game may still have leftover script in it. It’s why it’s recommended to not remove mods from a save you are actively using. Start a new game and see if the problem transfers. If it doesn’t , you know the problem is the main save, and you will have to run a script cleaner and see if it catches the orphan script.
