The outage was on Level 3's side. It wasn't a Cox, AT&T, or Comcast issue, but Level 3 is a massive Internet infrastructure provider. This outage affected all 3 of the providers (and Windstream now that I think about it). Internet was affected as far west as Louisiana, and as far North as Washington DC.
