Benefits. I have been with the state for over two years now. So far I've been using DeltaCare USA for my dental insurance, and don't have any complaints. I really like my dentist and the costs are very low. I think the only thing I've had to pay out of pocket for are fluoride treatments, which were optional and only about $25.

The customer service is shotty and unprofessional. The appeals process is difficult, takes a long time, and will be denied regardless of supporting documents.
