I would recommend lowering the Jeep to 2.5-3.5 inches of lift unless you are prepared to do a lot of extra work to make 6 inches of lift comfortable. It's probably not the thermostat, or else it would be overheating while driving, too. Check coolant, add if needed, and then look to the fan clutch. With the engine off, spin the fan with your hand pretty hard.

If low, then fill and bleed the air out of the system.
