Labcorp quick fix.

Hey people, I have a test coming up this week. I have verified my quick fix 6.3 batch and wondering the best method for keeping the temperature. I have seen the heating pad with compression shorts or the microwave with compression shorts. Any help is greatly appreciated! Labcorp or quest labs! Update: I Passed!! I start tomorrow!
