Completed it right as they increased the offer lol. Such is life. Absolutely doable. If you play pretty consistently you can easily finish in 10-15 days. The requirements for this game has changed a few times over the months so I'm guessing that's what people were saying was difficult to do. This is, I believe, the easier offer.

Assuming this is comparable to most of the other city builders like Ant Legion, Puzzles & Survival, etc. the level 31 reward is always a trap. You'd have to spend more than you'd get back.
