As the official owner of the worst bare minimum 100% tricaru team: The only difference between our teams is +300 atk and +50 cdmg on Verde (also -10spd). Since you are lacking dmg I would suggest grinding tricaru atk% and maxing out slot 1 runes. What you don't need: more HP or more Acc. It is nice to have but worthless if you lack the dmg

I made good progress in those 2 months but man did it get tiring. I have 0 determination runes and my team works. If you can farm DB12 with a slow team with Elsharion to get 6* star guard runes you can do it. I didn't even farm those for tricaru runes, I just kept every rune with def% sub and rolled them.

If you're spending 2-3 minutes per run on a dungeon that someone else spends 35-45s (sath dot gb12) or 55s (tricaru db12) then you need to put 200-300% more time into the game than they do for the same average rune farm.(Because Tricaru is a team with no healer, Kunite needs to heal itself. Normally, this would mean vampire runes. But there's no point in using Kunite, unless you fill it with determination runes.)
