The best way to make use of Valkyr with the helminth system is to subsume a Valkyr so you can put Warcry on another Warframe. Sad but true. Since you're probably not down for that you could subsume a Rhino or Mirage so you can put Roar or Eclipse over Valkyr's Rip Line. 1.
