Why do my voicemails not show up.

I just switched from Verizon that offers this as an add-on and am very disappointed AT&T doesn't offer this for my Galaxy S21 Ultra. Why do they offer it for iPhones but not Android phones? When you go on your account website, look under PLAN tab and on the left side it has Reset Voicemail. Do that and then try it. When you look on Contacts, the righthand corner has Voicemail, hit that and then screen shows Call Voicemail.
