Honda stuck in accessory mode.

Since the vehicle is stuck in accessory mode, my first suggestion would be to disconnect the vehicle battery negative cable for 10-25 minutes to see if it is enough to reset the system. If the reset does not work, the system would need to be diagnosed step by step using a capable diagnostic scan tool.recently my 2018 Accord Sport switched into accessory mode after a hard brake on the freeway. The sensors went off and it hit the brakes, soon as I touched the gas it shut down and went to accessory mode. I had put it in park to turn it back on. Any ideas on what can cause this? The brake pedal does not need to be pushed on at all to turn the ignition out of accessory mode to the On or Off positions. Since it will not turn on or off this leaves the push switch as the most likely cause.
