I removed my existing pip boy with: player.unequip 00021B3B player.removeitem 00021B3B 1. Exit console, let the game update a few frames. That one is easily solved by switching from 1st to 3rd and back (or vice-versa). I don't know what it is, but I get that sometimes when I've been using workshop mode. It's annoying, but at least it's fixable.
