Update: Comparing to Unsheathe, I don't really notice much or any difference in the recovery time, so the slower recovery thing might be a red herring.

Go like a keen (I believe that’s the right one) should scale with int/dex. Moonveil🤮. Naga - lower damage, longer range. Uchi - higher damage, lower range. For powerstance, the way the katana combo works doesn't give you a ton of benefit from the nagas extra length.
