Is the "Rockola" branded M14 from JRA now a discontinued thing of the past or are they still available? Also, what are the heel markings on Bula receivers? M14, M14F, M21, XM21, XM21DMR, something else? Thanks! I was informed this stood for PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF MARYLAND. Not being stamped M14 made them legal in Maryland as well as New Jersey. The receivers were forged by BULA Forge.
