Kindle not syncing with iphone.

I tried turning off and on the bluetooth on my phone, as well as disconnecting and reconnecting the charger and pushing the charger button 3 times. I also did both of those things together as well as alone.Reading insights not updating with read books. Kindle app for PC not syncing with iPad Kindle app. I have a flash drive with some MOBI format books. I emailed them to my kindle email address and was able to access them from my iPad. I pull up the kindle PC app, and the books are not on there. I went into the manage content on amazon account, and the books I emailed in are there under docs.
