Everytime I call ATT they just do the same thing, they remotely restart my modem. It's been restarted by ATT 10 times now. And it never helps. It's awful even getting someone on the phone when you CAN get through all the hold times and waiting in line. I can't work, I can't game without lag/packet loss and intermittent latency issues.
