The lady who was doing our NCLEX review said that theortically you can miss 25 out of 75 questions or 1/3 of the test as long as your above that line. I think the UWorld questions were slightly tougher than the actual NCLEX questions, but not by much. As long as you feel confident with prioritization and basic patient safety, you should be in pretty good shape, as those concepts are extremely well-represented on NCLEX. Good luck! You’re more likely to pass in 85. It’s rare to fail in 85. I feel like i got my last question wrong but i’m not sure and it’s making me feel like i might have failed, but i’ve always did good on exams so that makes me think i wouldn’t completely bomb it either … overall just not feeling confident lol.

Other people in my class got the max at 205 and passed while others got 95 and passed. I don't know if anyone failed yet.
