It's gas operated and comes with 5 Benelli moble chokes. It has gloss finished walnut furniture. It came with a crummy hard rubber butt pad that I will be changing out with a real recoil pad. The gloss finish has a few ...X2. Go to Walmart and buy a mossburg 500 pump for $270. I've got a feeling Int800's buddies are just being nice. If they have Beretta auto loaders they wouldn't honestly rather shoot a Charles daly auto. Not saying it isnt an ok gun for the money but you can count on a mossburg 500 or Remington 870 to fire every time.

I've searched this forum and Google and it looks like a lot of nonspecific commentary pops up. Much of it is opinion based on what others have said and not use or ownership.

After a thorough cleaning, when new , I run at least a couple boxes of regular 1 1/4 oz. hunting loads at around 1200 f.p.s. through a new semi-auto, intermixed with some hotter stuff, 1400-1500 f.p.s., and maybe a few 3" shells if it is chambered for them. Then a very good cleaning, and I call it "broken in".
