Jeep wrangler limp mode reset.

I have replaced solenoid valve body ,installed new transmission cooler and replaced the PCM and my jeep still slams into 2cnd gear limp mode. Over $2000 and it still does the same thing. I can reset it by simly turn ignition off/on.
