I didn't see one as being better than the other in the accuracy department. The gen1 piston barrels cycled cheap, low pressure stuff better than the gen2 in my experience. The gen2 struggles to be gassed enough to run reliably suppressed with a Rugged Razor 7.62. It is a single shot unsuppressed.

It is not a no-no with the Specwar, but LMT’s official statement is that they recommend a standard carrier.
