I picked up a Mark III Hunter recently with 8 magazines, fiber optic front sight. It was in primo shape and I paid $500. A little too much but I sure love the way it shoots. I added a Volquartsen Accurizing Kit and got the trigger down to 1 1/5 pounds. It had Altamont grips as well.

As for reliability problems, 22 pistols are always a little more prone to malfunction because of the commonly used waxed coated boolits which cause heavy fouling on the feed-ramp.
