May 3, 2019 · Fenney was the first village south of 44, but it is only one village of many new villages of Southern Oaks. Fenney is completed built out... there are some 10 or 11 spec houses left... From Fenney, the next village (to the East) is DeSoto, it is also ALL BUILT (with only spec houses left), next to that (to East) is McClure.
A sinkhole is draining the lake on Hacienda Lakes course, hole 5 — as well as severely lowering the lake off Panama Pl, that feeds it. Both The Villages and Golf course are aware of issue, but nothing has been done so far. Hopefully the golf course will address it before both lakes go dry.
