WICO is a broken mod. It will require patching with both xedit scripts and band-patching or it will break vanilla quests and spit back characters with blackface. {Diversity, Inhabitants of Skyrim, Humans Mer and Beastfolk} are all better choices. I would also personally argue that Total Character Makeover is significantly out-classed.
