I wouldn't recommend a premium under tier 5 tho. You will mostly play against bots (boring) and can't even do combat missions because they all require at least tier 5 ships. T2-4 don't count for missions. You need to decide for yourself how much that bothers you, and also how much you want to play in those tiers.Munchen has a place in my heart. Jean Bart is a fast battleship with 8 forward mounted guns and a speed boost. It's great for flanking. I'm not a huge BB fan either, I vastly prefer cruiser and destroyer gameplay, but the Jean Bart, and most French BBs, doesn't play the same as the typical BB.
