When there was another Dunkin down the highway that was part of our franchise we would occasionally remake a drink or two, but there was no policy dictating that we had to do that. There’s no refund policy it’s up to the discretion of the store. At ours we never refund or remake from another store regardless if it’s our franchise or not.
