We use a different fuse tap in our shop. 2)If there is Power there check at the red wire going into the plug on the controller and make sure you have it there. I go out and check the connections, and can hear a "chattering" behind the grill. Eventually the light stops blinking and the plow will start working again. The noise behind the grill has me baffled.

Im sorry dont have expericence with fisher plows but I will get a bigger fuse. Either a 10amp or 15amp and it shouldnt blow then. I have done this with fuses on my trucks before. Don't put a bigger fuse in it,you may fry something. That fuse powers the controller,the plow solenoid,and the control coils.
