We usually lock the doors using the lock/unlock switches on the doors (and the drivers side door button). This usually works well, and locks the van. Turn the ignition to accessory, (car nor running). Have someone else try the front washers and then the rear while you listen near the washer fluid tank. Since there are seperate pumps for both front and rear the front pump may be bad. If you do hear a front pump motor try pulling the hoses off the washer jets to see if they may be clogged.
