Grinded like 4 hours for the pieces in the End, but I was hoping for perfect items, pretty sure one piece with instant health and the rest with just empty sockets will do. As for gems, pretty sure they drop often, i got mine from running a regular ol mob farm passively.

I know glowstone blocks increase a percentage of arcana, but that's not helpful when your arcana is still 0 (0 x 2.5% is still 0).
