Roku spectrum app not working rlp-999.
Same problem here on 2 devices, since yesterday morning, Spectrum tried all the troubleshooting & rebooting, but in the end says it’s a problem with Roku and to contact them. But it looks like Roku just throws the hot potato right back into the hands of Spectrum, claiming it’s their app and their responsibility.

Having the same issue with the spectrum wifi connection. Was on the phone with them for over an hour just to say that this is a Roku issue. Absolutely ridiculous that it won't work. Use the check connection function and it connects for maybe 5 seconds and then goes back to being disconnected. Have factory reset and network reset multiple times.It is a Spectrum issue every time as long as you have a Spectrum rental router, I haven't seen the issue on customer owned routers at all. I don't have answers for why it stops working, but always try a reboot, then a hard reset with either the recessed button or the button on the back with the arrow circle and hold it for 60 seconds.All I know is that engineers are trying to fix it right now, but there's no update since about 5:00 a.m. yesterday.
