Same problem here on 2 devices, since yesterday morning, Spectrum tried all the troubleshooting & rebooting, but in the end says it’s a problem with Roku and to contact them. But it looks like Roku just throws the hot potato right back into the hands of Spectrum, claiming it’s their app and their responsibility.
