There isn't much spells that deal poise damage aside from gravity spells. I think Flame of the Redmanes is a unique one just for fire spells so I don't think they will ever nerf it. Just like Glintblade Phalanx being a unique sorcery that deal poise damage. Adding flame of the redmanes can stagger almost all enemies in 2 or 3 hits which can be used on a high critical weapon like the rapier or misericorde for high damage. I prefer also using a shield with the carian retaliation or golden parry AoW if you prefer parrying. Add the assassin HP and FP dagger talismans and you are pretty much OP as hell.
