At this stage, FMU is crucial as it can make SUCH a difference to the lines on your test. 2 - You’ve used different brands of test. Yes, one is meant to be more sensitive than the other, but different tests will carry different amounts of dye.So many things can cause lighter test lines. how much you drank before bed; how long it's been since you last urinated; how much dye is in the test (which can vary greatly with those cheap strips). It's quite likely that persistent testing will throw up inconsistent lines, these are not quantitative tests, they give you a yes or no answer.

I’ve been periodically testing about once a week and the lines are progressively getting lighter. I have had no bleeding, and am still experiencing symptoms like minor nausea and breast tenderness. The darker lined picture is from December 19 and the lighter one is today, January 7. Both from the same pack of tests.
